A per person UNCG off campus housing contract will favor you. You will not add your signature to one lease for all housemates. Instead, you will get your contract for your bedroom. Your responsibility is to only pay for your room. You will not pay extra if one or all of them move out and leave empty bedrooms. After being here for the a full year, I enjoyed my stay. From moving from FL to NC, I thought it would be hard, but Fulton Place has made my transition easy as possible. Reason being is they care for their residents and their well-being. Maintenance employees fix task within a timely manner. For example, I placed a work order in the morning to fix my washing machine, and by the time I got back from class a brand new washing machine was in my apartment. The general manager and assistant general manager,Tim and Jordan, make it a mission to treat their guest with the up most respect and meet their needs as necessary. I highly recommend staying at Fulton as a student resident looking for apartments within the area.
